Spacious apartment, balcony with lake view, very handy for shops, restaurants and a great gelateria! 2 minutes walk to water taxi to Orta San Giulio with its wealth of cafes and restaurants. Arrivals and departures Saturday. We offer a selection of seventeen beautiful Holiday Homes at Lake Orta, the most enchanting of the Italian Lakes, for that special Italian vacation! The holiday villas are just 24 miles from Milan Malpensa airport (flights with British Airways, Alitalia, and Easyjet), and where there are all the main car hire firms). La Calla and Orchidea are two very handy apartments (each sleeping 2 to 4) in the heart of Orta San Giulio, just 50m from the lake front. Enjoy the café life, and the superb range of restaurants and trattorias right on your door step. Take boat trips to the Isola San Giulio and other lake-side villages. Flexible arrivals and departures (min. stay 3 nights). Casa Miralago is a superb two bedroom apartment with a splendid lake view from every room and (between mid-June and mid-September) a 9 x 5 metre swimming pool (shared use) set on the slopes overlooking Lake Orta. It sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and a twin bedroom reached by a spiral staircase. The view is outstanding, a real picture, with ever-changing hues throughout the day, and an unforgettable view of Lago di Orta and the illuminated island by night. Off-street parking. Casa Glicine, is a great one bedroom apartment in the heart of the delightful village of Vacciago, with everything you need, and sleeping two to four people. Darsena is a unique one bedroom house, sleeping 2 people. This converted boat house is built right on Lake Orta, with its own south-facing lake-front garden! Idyllic sun-drenched setting, 5 minutes walk from the delightful piazza of Orta San Giulio and its wonderful restaurants and cafes. Lightly furnished, with less kitchen facilities than some of our other apartments (but many restaurants are within walking distance!). Saturday arrivals and departures. Italy is a delight for holidays, and Lake Orta is picturesque even by Italian standards, with the charming village of Orta San Giulio and its square with unforgettable view of the island. All vacation apartments are beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen (including kettle!), washing machine, and most have convenient off-street parking or garage.
