La Calla is a great one bedroom apartment in the centre of the delightful
village of Orta San Giulio, just 50 metres from Lake
Orta. The apartment is on the first floor, and sleeps 2 to 4. Stay
here to be right in the centre of this very popular and idyllic village,
with its wealth of cafes and restaurants. We also offer another
apartment, Orchidea, in the same
building.
The accommodation consists of: master bedroom with double bed; living room with double sofa bed; kitchen area; bathroom (shower, no bath tub); and there is a small balcony in the living room, from which there is a view over one of Orta's smaller squares.
The apartment is comfortably furnished in contemporary style, with an original and lovingly restored wooden floor. TV in living room. Hairdryer. The kitchen area is fully equipped with 2 gas rings, fridge, and microwave. There is no washing machine.
The location right in Orta San Giulio is perfect for getting to know this unique village and the surrounding area, and for sampling the wide range of restaurants all located in close walking distance.
There is a multi-storey car park (pay on exit), costing €10 for a full 24 hours, which is approx 200 metres (5 minutes walk) from this apartment.

The above costs are fully inclusive for groups of 2 or less. For groups of 3 or 4, there is an additional charge of £19 per person per week (or part week) for the 3rd and 4th person, to cover linen costs.
For La Calla, arrivals and departures can be any day of the week (minimum stay 3 nights). Arrivals should be after 3pm and departures before 10am.
